Privacy Policy

When you make an enquiry through our website, CloverCare asks for personal information about you.  This will include your name, email address and telephone number.  Once you make a booking, details such as your address and date of birth are included.  We do not take credit or debit cards and therefore these details are not held on our database.  You will be asked to pay for your course or class by instructing your bank to pay us.

The information is collected by CloverCare in order to provide you with the service you have signed up for.  The information you give us is stored safely on our computer system and can only be accessed by those who need to see it to provide a service to you and they are aware of the importance of confidentiality and are required to maintain this to the highest level. 

We only give out details to the group you have signed up with once you all meet at the first class.  At that time you will be asked if you give permission for Bundle to share your details with the others on your course so that you can begin to socialise.  If you decline this permission, your details will not be shared until you advise us in writing (by email at clovermidwife@gmail.com).

We will use your name and email address to confirm bookings. We’ll also let you know of future classes, courses and events that you may like to join.  If you would prefer not to be included in those emails, please let us know by email as above.

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website.  A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer if you agree. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive.

We do not use any intrusive cookies on our site to collect your personal information. Nor do our cookies store financial information or information which is capable of directly identifying you (such as your name or address).
